PAS A PAS&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">En primer lloc, esbandiu i escorreu la quinoa utilitzant un filtre de malla o tam\u00eds.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Porteu una cassola mitjana a foc mitj\u00e0 i lleugerament torrat la quinoa per eliminar qualsevol exc\u00e9s d&#8217;aigua. Remoure-ho mentre es va torrant durant uns minuts. Aquest pas \u00e9s opcional.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">A continuaci\u00f3, afegiu-hi aigua, fixeu-lo amb la tapa a foc alt i deixeu-ho bullir.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Una vegada bullit, redu\u00efu el foc a baix i cuineu a foc lent, tapant-ho amb la tapa lleugerament, durant 12-13 minuts o fins que la quinoa estigui tova i el l\u00edquid s&#8217;hagi absorbit.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Mentre es cuina la quinoa, tallar i preparar els ingredients restants i coure els ingredients que hi afegireu.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Agafeu la quinoa, ara tova, de l&#8217;olla i removeu-la una mica amb una forquilla.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Per a una amanida refrigerada, podeu posar la quinoa a la nevera durant uns minuts abans d&#8217;afegir les verdures o simplement deixar-les refredar al taulell durant uns minuts i obtenir un bol de quinoa de temperatura ambient. Totalment al vostre gust!<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Per fer la vinagreta s\u00faper simple, nom\u00e9s heu de batre l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, el vinagre de poma, la sal i el pebre. Gens complicat!
