Finalment hi afegeixes el sucre i la sal. Ho bats tot i ho deixes ben remenat. Sense que quedi cap grumoll! Ha de ser una massa fina.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>La deixa reposar una mitja horeta a la nevera.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Un cop ha passat mitja hora, agafem una paella i l\u2019escalfem a foc lent. Hi escampem una mica de mantega o oli per sobre. Servir\u00e0 perqu\u00e8 la massa de la crep no quedi enganxada a la paella. Ho farem cada vegada que fem una crep nova.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>A continuaci\u00f3, amb un cullerot hi aboquem mitja cullerada de la massa de les creps (depenent de la mida de la paella). Tota la paella ha de quedar coberta per la massa, perqu\u00e8 sin\u00f3 se\u2019ns trencar\u00e0 a trossets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Quan veiem que comen\u00e7a a fer bombolles la massa, \u00e9s hora de girar-la. <\/span><b>Dues opcions: <\/b>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Gira la crep com un professional. Has vist mai una pel\u00b7l\u00edcula o anunci on \u00a0les tiren enlaire amb la paella i la massa fa la volta?
