Paraules com \u2018toc de queda\u2019 o \u2018confinament\u2019 no estaven al nostre vocabulari. Els joves han estat un dels grans afectat per les restriccions aplicades derivades de la COVID. En una etapa de desenvolupament, han vist com la situaci\u00f3 s\u2019ha estancat i troben moltes dificultats per avan\u00e7ar i progressar.<\/p>\n<p>La pand\u00e8mia provocada per la Covid-19 ha suposat un gran nombre de canvis com el distanciament social, l\u2019\u00fas de mascaretes o gel hidroalcoh\u00f2lic, reduir els contactes, evitar aglomeracions de gent, no abra\u00e7ar-te amb familiars, etc. Sens dubte, el canvi m\u00e9s important ha estat el confinament.<\/p>\n<p>El confinament ha tingut diverses etapes. Des del confinament total (no es podia sortir de casa), al confinament amb toc de queda, passant per franges hor\u00e0ries, etc.<\/p>\n<p>El confinament total va durar al voltant de dos mesos i, mentre moltes persones el van acompanyats dels seus estimats, per\u00f2 d\u2019altres van haver de passar molts dies i setmanes sols, amb tota la c\u00e0rrega emocional que comporta. En general, la societat, mentalment parlant, va sortir-ne malparada. El problema \u00e9s que la tensi\u00f3 de pensar que et pots haver de confinar en qualsevol moment per positiu o contacte estret, genera molta incertesa. No fer-ho provocar\u00e0 un augment exponencial de l\u2019ansietat.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 cal abra\u00e7ar el canvi, ja que en m\u00e9s o menys mesura, ha afectat a
