1- Begur, Baix Empordà

The historic centre of Begur, in Baix Empordà, is one of the unmissable villages of the Costa Brava to visit this summer. Discover the hidden corners, historic streets and gastronomic gems and do not forget to grab your beach towel for a swim in one of their renowned coves such as Sa Tuna or Aiguablava. Once the sun has set and hunger sets in, hike up to Castell de Begur where you will be able to take in some stunning coastal views.

2- Calella de Palafrugell, Baix Empordà

El meu avi va anar a Cuba, a bordo del Català el millor barco de guerra de la flota d’ultramar…”. Upon hearing these verses we cannot help but think of Calella de Palafrugell, a traditional fishing town famous for its ‘havaneras’. Take a dip at one of its beaches, stroll through the town centre, go snorkelling, go out on a boat or take a coastal walk to Llafranc or Tamariu. At night, be sure to get yourself an icecream and eat it one a beach while listening to the soft crashing waves and gazing at the undisturbed stars above.

3- El Port de la Selva, Alt Empordà

One of the quietest places around has to be Port de la Selva, set to the north of Cap de Creus, it is one of the most spectacular places on the Costa Brava. A fishing village full of boats, el Port de la Selva has always been an ideal place for fishing. Sea, mountain… try going for a hike, go swimming, take a Kayak, read a book under an umbrella on the beach, walk along Cap de Creus… El Port de la Selva will not leave you disappointed this summer!
