The 2025–26 academic year has been full of learning, experiences, and memorable moments. With the arrival of summer and the end of the academic year, students begin their well-deserved holidays. At Unihabit residences, we look back on a year filled with activities while looking forward to the next one.
Welcome Parties 2025-26 academic year
As in previous years, the welcome parties were the perfect starting point to begin the academic year again. Our welcome parties for the 2025-26 academic year allowed new residents to meet the rest of the classmates with whom they would share their stay in the university residence throughout the year. All our residences celebrate the welcome parties during the first week of classes, so it is very easy for new students to integrate with their classmates and the entire Unihabit team and feel at home from the beginning of the course.
In our welcome parties, residents were able to enjoy different activities, live music, and a good dinner.
Excursions and activities 2025-26 academic year
At Unihabit we love being part of your university life and making you enjoy your stay. For this reason, throughout the year we carry out different activities and excursions that allow us to create unforgettable moments and experiences that you will always remember even as the years go by. During the year we have carried out different sports activities such as university football matches with other residences, ping-pong matches or volleyball.
We have also made group outings such as the ski trip, the Christmas greeting competition or many lunches and dinners.
A solidarity breakfast that allowed us to meet wonderful people and our famous Christmas greeting competition in which residents give free rein to their creativity and Christmas spirit. In addition to decorating the residences with Halloween, Christmas or International Women’s Day decorations that bring so much life throughout each time of the year!
To finish the 2025-26 academic year we have celebrated different outdoor paella gatherings, enjoying the different outdoor common areas that our university residences have, with music and a very good atmosphere.

Unihabit Residences Barcelona
Barcelona, the Catalan capital, is one of the cities with the highest arrival of students coming from other parts of the country or even from other countries. For this reason, our residences offer the best locations in the city so that you can be within reach of everything and enjoy university life in Barcelona.
In Barcelona you will find the Unihabit Barcelona university residence. Our residence located in the Ciutat Vella district is in the very heart of Barcelona, so you can be very close to your university campus while also being very close to other main attractions of the city such as Plaça Catalunya, Plaça Universitat, museums such as MACBA or CCCB, shopping areas such as Passeig de Gràcia, Portal de l’Àngel or La Rambla.
On the other hand, the Unihabit Gràcia university residence is located in one of the best neighborhoods of the city of Barcelona: the Gràcia district. There you will find different local shops and restaurants, a great location and connection with the rest of the city, and a very pleasant and calm atmosphere to live in.

Unihabit Sant Cugat Residence
The Unihabit Sant Cugat university residence is located in the very center of the city of Sant Cugat del Vallès, within the ETSAV-UPC university campus. In our Sant Cugat residence you can choose a single or double apartment and you will also find different common areas where you can enjoy free time with the rest of your classmates such as the multimedia room, or the outdoor areas with ping-pong table, etc. In addition, it is very close to Barcelona!
Unihabit Manresa Residence
The Unihabit Manresa university residence is located on the university campus of the city where the UManresa and UPC Manresa universities are located. A few minutes’ walk away is the city center, which allows residents to enjoy a good university atmosphere with different shops and restaurants. In addition, you will find a gym, study rooms, group work rooms, outdoor picnic areas with barbecue, bicycle parking, multimedia room, foosball and billiards, ping-pong, and parking in the building itself.
