  • If your request is approved, the booking deposit will be deducted from the security deposit payable before you move into your accommodation.
  • The deposit will be returned if you are not allocated accommodation due to a lack of availability.
  • The deposit cannot be returned if you withdraw your request once accommodation has been allocated.
