Reasons to live in a student residence in Barcelona

In a large city like Barcelona, which boasts a high standard of living that requires a certain purchasing power, university residences give you the opportunity to live in the city centre, close to the universities and the most emblematic points of interest and cultural attractions, at a more than reasonable price that also includes a long list of essential amenities and services.

Unihabit’s student residence in Ciutat Vella is located in Plaça de les Caramelles, right next to the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona (MACBA), and just a few minutes from Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, the Universitat de Barcelona (UB) and Blanquerna (URL), and the bustling neighbourhoods of El Born and Barri Gòtic.

Likewise, the residence hall in Ciutat Vella is well communicated with the main metro lines L1, L2 and L3, train and bus stations. Do you have a friend who lives in Sagrada Familia? Do you want to go to Barceloneta for a walk? Don’t worry! Thanks to the good location of the Barcelona Residence Hall, you will be able to quickly reach any point in the city.

Single or shared room, which is the best option?

At the Barcelona Residence Hall we offer you rooms for single, double and triple students. You choose the option that best suits the experience you are looking for!

The single room is the ideal option if you want to live alone and enjoy the peace and quiet that this entails. One of the great advantages is that you will have your own personal space, which you can decorate and arrange as you like, and also, during exam periods, or whenever you need it, you will have a refuge that gives you absolute concentration without the need to go to the library. On the other hand, if what you are looking for is to live with companions with whom you can share unique moments, our double or triple rooms offer you the opportunity to have a companion or two. With them you will create an inseparable bond and share all your experiences and memories of this special stage: true and loyal friendships that will accompany you in any situation, both in good times and in the most difficult ones.
